Your lace frock coat and mini top hat sound FABULOUS! Why not model you make-up off the starlettes of the Silverscreen aera? The eyeshadow is fairly neutral but the lashes are looong and the eyebrows long and gracefully arching. Blush was pretty neutral and the lips were very dark. You could take this general look and continue with your silver and gold sparkle of your costuming. Maybe golden and metalic browns for eyeshadow and some fake eyelashes with glitter in them. On top of your dark lipstick put a dime sized dab of silver glitter on the very top of your bottom lip, for a sexy shine spot. It will be important to have your eyes and brows to be strong enough so they don't disappear behind your hat veil. Best of luck with the performance!
