Made by Sharifwear and sell for $52 on their site. I bought these last year at Rakasha West and was told that the XL would fit me no prob. Well they fit my size 18 bottom, they're just too low for my comfort.
Measures (unstretched) waist 35", hip 45", inseam 32". Has fold over waist you can scrunch up or lie flat.
